Searching for Free Resume Templates and Examples
Search with “intitle:resume” and only pages with the word Resume in the page title will be included. You can also try “inurl:resume” for sites that have resume in the URL. If you know of a specific resume website, let’s say, Emurse (ahem), you can even append “site:emurse.com” to your search to only include results from Emurse.
Now let’s say you’re looking for a sales guru. You can append the word “sales” to the query. If certain terms are more important to you than others, you can use the + sign in front of a term to add weight, or a - sign to decrease weight. You can also use a ~ before a term to include known synonyms.
How to Create Your Own Web Resume: If you are a job seeker, you can also use this information to better position yourself to be found online. Using Emurse, you can quickly and easily manage multiple resume websites that if you allow for it, can turn up in search results. Make sure you have “Allow Index” checked and password protection turned off. Use the “Resume Cloud View” to balance out your keywords. We will take care of the rest ![]()
