We’re in the process of testing out some new servers, and we apologize for any down time that may occur. Downloading resumes seemed to be going in and out through the weekend — but things should be solid now. Let us know if there is any remaining difficulty!

Once we’re done with this transition, you can expect *much* better performance (and we’ll be able to scale with the best of them ;)). Documents should also start rendering more accurately in formats like PDF. Hopefully by the end of this week, we’ll be 100% over to the new equipment!
