References Available Upon RequestJuly 20th, 2006
And requested they were.
We keep track of user suggestions and base a lot of our release schedule off of them. We’ve been planning to implement the first wave of section customization first, but today the need for a resume section dedicated to references pulled into the lead.
Ask and you shall receive. A references section has been added!
Enjoy.
Resume Tip: Generally speaking, references don’t belong on a resume. And the whole “references available on request” thing? Yeah, that’s kind of understood. If there are no references, people will request them if they’re needed. What’s more useful is to maintain a separate “Reference Sheet” that you can supply whenever requested. If this is what you’d like to do, it’s really easy with Emurse. Simply create a new Emurse resume and only add the References section. This will allow you to store your reference sheet conveniently right along side your resume ![]()
